NESCAFE Dolce Gusto by Krups KP210040 Coffee Machine

Buy the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto by Krups KP210040 Coffee Machine, Black, 15 Bar Pressure Pump from Amazon UKThe NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto by Krups KP210040 coffee machine is a versatile little coffee maker that represents good value for money and gives you a decent espresso in double-quick time.

The Nescafé Dolce Gusto is a pod-based capsule system coffee machine that doesn’t have the option of using ground coffee. There are 18 varieties of coffee on offer from espresso to macchiato.

To get great coffee all you need to do is lift the lever, insert the pod, choose hot or cold water and you’re there. This coffee machine is super-easy to use and is supplied with a pack of 12 pods from the Nescafé Dolce Gusto range. The pods are available at all the major supermarkets so there is no danger of running out of coffee.

The Nescafé Dolce Gusto makes quick fresh coffee – it delivers a latte or an Americano in record time. This coffee maker has a strong water pump and a good-sized reservoir so you won’t be filling it up after every brew.

As well as being quick to use it is also quick to clean so you won’t be spending all day cleaning used coffee grounds from your worktop.

The Nescafé Dolce Gusto is a good looking machine, sleek with interesting looks that will add a touch of class to your kitchen.

Krups has a good reputation from reliability and build. You won’t get the quality of coffee you would from a £2000 machine but when you’re coming out with change from £100 and getting perfectly drinkable coffee you can’t complain.

As well as being available in black, the Dolce Gusto is also available in red and ivory

Nespresso CitiZ and Milk by Magimix M190

Nespresso CitiZ and Milk by Magimix M190The Nespresso CitiZ and Milk by Magimix is very easy to use - within a few minutes of getting it out of the box you will be enjoying your first espresso. Making coffee couldn't be simpler.

This is essentially a one button machine so you won't quite get the feeling of being a barista - what you will get is a quality espresso coffee fast! The Nespresso comes with a 'welcome pack' of 16 pods so you can experience the full flavour spectrum of the Nespresso coffee capsule range.

With it being a pod-only coffee maker very little set-up is required. The espresso produced is perfect, hot and has a good crema. The disadvantage is that you are limited to the capsules - the machine will not take traditional ground coffee. The pods are available online with quick delivery, or in one of the Nespresso boutiques in London, Birmingham and Manchester.

The build quality of this espresso machine is excellent and the Nespresso comes with a 3 year warranty from Magimix. The milk frother (the ' aeroccino') is easy to use and clean, and is quick to make hot or frothy milk. That means great results everytime whether your preference is cappuccino or latte.

The Nespresso should be at the top of list if you are in the market for a coffee pod machine. It is currently available in three colours - Limousine Black, Fire Engine Red, and Retro White.
